To book your tour, simply choose a Start Date and complete our online booking form. Once your booking has been processed, our reservation team will email you a Booking Confirmation and payment details
DUBROVNIK TOUR GUIDE d.o.o. CANCELLATIONS DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled event, including postponing or rescheduling. Please read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule (“the Cancellation fee schedule”):
If you cancel 2 days or more before your tour start date, you will be refunded the full amount
If you cancel within 48 hours before your tour start, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Due to our need to commit to other reservations or other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
DUBROVNIK TOUR GUIDE d.o.o. CANCELLATION POLICY
If Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. must cancel or reschedule a scheduled event due to safety reasons, unfavorable weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to accept the new arrangement or request a full refund, which will be arranged as soon as possible.
Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled event, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please note that guests are responsible for arranging their own suitable travel and health insurance. Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if you do not arrange suitable insurance, which may leave you exposed medically, financially, or otherwise.
PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND DOCUMENTS
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa(s), and any necessary certificates required for their holiday in Dubrovnik.
THIRD PARTIES
Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on a tour as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
GENERAL WAIVER
You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily on the tours arranged by the Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. and, insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. arising from any injuries, loss, or damage to person or property that occurs on the tours.
PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE FORM
I hereby grant to Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. the right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits/images/videos that I feature that are taken during the course of the tours to use/republish / copyright, etc., for commercial use in association with Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. I hereby release and discharge Dubrovnik Tour Guide d.o.o. from any claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs and video recordings, including, without limitation, any claims relating to defamation or invasion of privacy. Should you prefer not to be included in promotional materials, please inform us, and we will fully respect your privacy.
