When you visit Konavoski Dvori Eco Green Restaurant, nestled in a laurel forest and right next to the Ljuta River, you enter an oasis of peace and beauty. Proud of our heritage, we celebrate good food and an authentic culinary experience while keeping pace with the latest trends.

The waitresses dressed in the Konavle region’s traditional attire majestically showcase all of the splendour, wealth and value of the local cultural heritage painstakingly created by generations of diligent people.

Konavoski Dvori Eco Green Restaurant was established in 1968 and entirely renovated in 2021, while retaining an inspiringly magical and romantic atmosphere. Against the backdrop of the heady laurel aroma, the restful burbling of the nearby stream and the slowly rotating old mills, where time itself seems to have stopped, you can try dishes prepared with the same passion nurtured by our grandmothers. Mainly local and eco-friendly ingredients are used in our kitchen, where the bread as well as lamb, veal and octopus are baked under an iron bell covered with hot coals, while the trout is grilled. The traditional dishes of all Croatian regions are served here, and you can wash it all down with the finest wines from local wineries, as Konavle is also renowned for its wine-growing.

*Due to the intricacy of preparation, orders for specialties made under an iron bell (lamb, veal, octopus) must be placed at least three hours in advance.
